Returning New Items
We want you to be pleased with our products and services which have been selected specifically for players, coaches, and teams. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier, we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy.
If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 30 days and we'll promptly issue a credit or exchange it for something else. For a full credit or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and if sold as a set (i.e. warm-up pant and jacket) it must be returned as a set.
Almost all items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition, thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs.
Please remember to include a copy of the packing slip you received with your package along with a typed note instructing us how you want the return handled. Ship your return package either UPS or insured U.S. Mail (remember to keep your receipt and tracking number) to:

Please understand that we cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" and please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs.
There are no returns or ecxhanges allowed on customized, special order / drop shipped items, discontinued, or close out / clearance items.
RETURNING DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We strive to ensure all products offered meet our highest standards for quality and performance. It is important you follow the care instructions as to not void the warranty as many of the items we sell require special care because of the materials they are made of (leather, latex foam, performance fabrics, etc). It is our experience that through proper care and normal use almost all defects for apparel, balls, and equipment will be evident in the first 30 days after purchase. For this reason you may return any defective item within 30 days of purchase for exchange.
We are here to help and recognize that in extreme circumstances, an item you have owned for more than 30 days, even one not showing excessive wear or maintenance neglect, may truly be defective. Our goal is to honestly evaluate and make a reasonable decision on every return. We have structured our returns process to enhance your shopping experience and support a reasonable cost of doing business and avoid needless waste. Thank you.
BACK ORDER POLICY
If for some reason an item on your order is temporarily out of stock it is called a “back order”. If your order consists of both in-stock and back order items, the in-stock items will be shipped and one of our customer service reps will contact you regarding the back ordered item(s).
You will be given the opportunity to cancel the back ordered item or wait until it becomes available. Once available the back ordered item will be sent to you via USPS or UPS Ground services. You do not pay additional shipping for back ordered items.
STANDARD DELIVERY OF ORDERS
All orders placed on www.dtisoccer.com processed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (PST), Monday through Friday. Provided we receive confirmation of your order within our processing time and items are in stock, your order will be shipped within the next business day, typically within 24 hours. Please understand it may take up to 24-48 hours for confirmation of your paymnet to reach our account.
As we can only ship to addresses on file with your credit card company, to avoid delays in processing please make sure shipping address is on file with your credit card company, if different than billing address. For your safety delivery confirmation may be required so please arrange for someone to be available to receive your order. In the event UPS is unable to deliver your shipment after 3 delivery attempts the order will be automatically returned to DTI Soccer. Additional shipping charges to resend the package will automatically be billed to your credit card if you elect us to reship the order.
Regular ground shipping takes from 3 to 10 business days, depending on your distance from us. Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped via USPS or UPS Services. If you are placing an order from Alaska or Hawaii please call 1-800-743-4117 for a list of service options and a rate quotation.
All orders are shipped F.O.B. WA. Washington residents add 9.3% Sales Tax. No sales tax outside WA. It is your responsibility to inspect all packages upon arrival. Any shortages / damages must be claimed within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE
All merchandise is sold under the condition we can not guarantee user freedom from injury on any products purchased from us. Use assumes all risks related to the use of the merchandise and no one can waive or change this condition. Prices may change without notice. Not liable for typographical errors.
SIZING INFORMATION
We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. We will do our best to provide you detailed info on an items fit and construction before you buy it. We want to help you make the best decision on what size to order. If you are unsure about your size, simply use your measurements and compare them to the sizing guide charts (see Sizing Information Tab) to help determine the correct size.
While the sizing charts provide a good idea of the size to order, please keep in mind each manufacturer offers different size standards and be sure to read the special sizing information that may accompany the item description. Some merchandise dimensions may vary from the averages in the charts as well. If in doubt it is always best to order one size up.
If you have any questions about the sizing of a product, please let us know! If you are looking to outfit a team in various stages it is best to order them all at once as dye lots vary changing in the fabric shade from order to order is common.
SCREENING
Once any type of printing is applied to the garments they are your property. It is your responsibility to ensure the artwork and information provided us is correct. Screened items may not be returned and will be exchanged if defective. Screening white ink on dark fabrics tends to pick up a tint from the fabric, giving the print a discolored or "bled" appearance.
